i heard that too... it was Admin who said it... more talent makes players addapt quicker to new positions..

Yes. It was confirmed by the admin that the higher a player's talent is, the quicker he would gain positional rating, and the higher a player's experience is, the quicker he would gain team chemistry.

Experience or positional rating do not drop.
