1. Can a player change its natural position?
2. If so, how much time does it take before changing position?

1.) yes he can
2.) that depends on what rating he has at the positon you wanna change him to. it could be anything from one game, to more than a season. it all depends.

1. Yes, we can! I mean... HE can!

changing position doesn't really have anything to do with talent

Hm, after looking through the FAQ (twice^^) I guess you're right! I thought I read somewhere that more talented players would adopt easier! But I guess I was wrong...

i think you got it mixed up with experance. the more experiance a player has, the faster he can adopt to a new position.

That's not in the FAQ either!
The FAQ just says that experienced players gain team chemistry quicker.
