Put all your money into buying VIP seats first! When you got all VIP then Executive. Then invest in fitness hall and 20 coach in fitness (this can be done during the executive seats building period, but not until you have at least half the executive seats.

Try to avoid expanding the stadium during home games, if you can. This way you will avoid loosing income. Stadium construction takes 15 days.
