I recently looked at my account info and it said account expires 9/23/2009. What does it mean? I have a supporter account

yep, until tomorrow...then you need a new one...they have some in stock, so no problem

But you can have normal account after this date and play for free, but without extra features Supporter account is great

No no. The Supporter account feature is a like a "VIP" account on top of your normal account. It gives you some extra features and all new managers get the first 3 days with it, so they can see what it is all about.

I think it would be better if each new manager could activate the supporter account feature for a free period at any point in say the first 2 weeks or something. Everything was so new when I first signed up that it took me a while to work out what was going on, by that time the supporter account had expired before I even took on board what added benefits there were.
It's nice that we get a free look of any sort though, so I'm not really complaining, but it would be better to be able to sample the added features when you can really appreciate them.

That doesn't seem like too bad of an idea to me. Maybe bring it up in suggestions and see where it goes.
