1. Can I set a defensive player as QB?
2. Can I set a player in offensive team and also in the special team in the same match?

1. Yes. If you use the player long enough in a position then he will eventually change to that position.

2. Yes, but it is not advisable unless it is Cornerback and Special Team Cornerback. Anything else you loose position experience and they wont become better in one of the position. Only the one they played the most at.
