what better way than actually posting the relevent section and a direct link to that rules page... just like i did????

The Help/FAQ link is on the top bar, so easy to see, the rules section is in the home page only, so i felt it easier to post a link, and a copy of the relevent section, instead of say "look at the rules / FAQ" because i feel people often end up looking at the Help/FAQ section and missing the rules out as there harder to find..
