I am a new team and would like to know what to do with coaching and medical staff?

hey, welcome to the game.
my recommendation is to avoid them for a while they're pretty expensive.
put all your money into your stadium (though remember not to build over your existing stand)

a good starting point for hints is the 'Read this first' bit at the top of the rookies section.

Nothing yet. Put all the money into stadium (VIP seats first, then Executive seats). After that I would start by buying 20 fitness coach along with a fully upgraded fitness centre.

Forget them at the moment - until you have at least 2000 or 3000 VIP seats...to expensive for your new team. Like stoo said, the "read this..." on top of this forum is worth a look

Listen to Jesper, he knows things. Build up your stadium as much as possible, save for 20 fitness coaches and the fitness centre with upgrades. Set all of your players to train NORMAL on Fitness All Skills until you start hitting caps. By that time you should have a large enough stadium that you can afford to buy more coaches and the Training Centre too.
