i think each day of off season is a 'step' Wednesday was prize money day, Thursday they enabled the changing team name etc... so possiby after Friday they will announce changes...

This makes sense. Remember they said something about changes to the Youth Academy. So, they want to give us without YA's one last chance to get a "regular" youth pull before implementing the changes to YA and the every other week Youth Pull that they talked about.

Easy: talent is connected to post count from now...

british with post count below 300 have no chance to grab 16 year old boys with more than 1.5 talent....

I'm finding it comes with practice..

I believe somewhere the admin stated that they would reveal more information about the prospects, but nothing as far as giving talent.

plus the available YPs are being cut in half I belive as in 10 yps per season as opposed to 20
