According to the News page we have officially turned to season 4. Is there something I am missing?

Nope it's Season 4. But we still have the first week as a preseason with no league games.

Which to me means that now would be the perfect time to announce and implement new changes to the game. A little communication to keep people interested while there are no games to be played!
