personally i always run the
WR-------TE-OT-G-C-G-OT-TE

and then a QB, 1 FB center, 1 HB center
great for running and passing

I use something like that
WR---TE OL OL OL OL-----WR
----------QB----FB
------HB
but I'm worried since I see top teams use to always throw the ball... maybe I'll use a second TE at the place of the FB
