How do I change my team name? If I remember right it can only be done during the offseason right?

Ok, it's Wednesday, and I thought that was the first day of the pre season, but I can't change the team name right now. Is this not the right time to do the name change?

I just read the news again, and it seems that I did not get the chance to change the team name, if I read it right then Tuesday would have been the last day I could have changed it, but I was never able to change it. Not really a big deal, but I would like to have it done.
