This means that you should always scout players before you buy them.
You should look at any AD like it was a crappy car salesman trying to get you to buy a used car. Dont trust them, unless you have dealt with the manager before and know he/she can be trusted.

PS: I found out of this then I scouted a player from a Romanian manager.
The AD said that this player and 3 others was 4* talented, which they was NOT
I send a cheat report and the answer was:

So take this as a warning !!! always scout the players, you cant trust the managers

Please tell me (here or by private mail) who was the lyer (being a Romanian also, I'd like to know who can I trust from my co-nationals users in this game).
And I really don't know why they can't enforce a rule about those guys.
I was Mod and GM at a different game, and there was a rule, that I proposed myself, against people misleading other users in transfer ads.
