Whichever you want to call it needs to be implemented into the game. (I am going to call in Farm team often in this suggestion)

-Have players that are ages 16-20 be able to be put into your Farm Team and let them compete with other farm teams.

-Once they turn 21 they are no longer able to play in the Farm Team and you can release or put them on the real squad.

-Players that are 16-20 can also play on the actual squad if needed/wanted.

-This will help the younger players that need to develop.

-You would have to buy a Farm Team with in game cash, it just doesn't come free.

I think in many areas this will help the game become even better to play.

I agree. But like most of the other suggestions, I'm sure the developers have looked into this, and will eventually consider implementing it.

Look at the other games such as Basketsim, Charazay, etc etc. You are just reeling off ideas from those games!

an excellent idea

If nothing else, this would allow your new youngster to build up their team chemistry, assuming of course that they can carry this into the main team .

Also,it would allow you to try new formations without your first team getting injured!!

I actually suggested this another thread as a way of making the game a little more interesting. I think it's a great idea! It has always seemed a little odd to me that 16 year olds are starting on my teams.

I'm all for it. It would be a good incentive to have increased improvement for the players on the farm team. That would make having one worth it.

What kind of price would you put on a farm team?

Let's debate this a little

A league for farm teams is out of the question since you have no way of knowing who will buy one and who will not. That leaves friendly games arranged between owners that have farm teams. What would differentiate these from the regular kind of friendlies? No sponsor money? No attendance money?
Than there's the schedule - the only day left is Friday
Another problem I see right away is you buy a farm team but don't have more than 11 players (since that is the bare minimum you need to play) that are 20 or under. What then? - Although to be fully able to utilize the farm team you would need at least 23 players and this number will increase next season when we add to the special teams.

It could also be argued that you have the option to train and develop your young players through friendlies, so there is no need for farm teams

I agree the admin.

I think managing about 50 players is enough!! Like in Buzzerbeater, I will use the frindlies to develop my players.

If more than 50 players is too much for you to manage then just dont buy one as there not for everyone just the people that like the aspect of having a "Triple A" Team in there system and they can Train or Play "Fake" games you dont need to have real sims versus the "Triple A" Teams

But i dont see were it would be an unfair advantage towards the other owners/Coaches if they dont want one they shouldn't need to buy one
