4-3(-4) D that u re using is a std formation.(1DE for 1TE sounds good too) You can play 3-4(-4), 4-2(-5),3-2(-6), 4-4(-2), etc depending on the personnel/your opponents strengths

(Assuming your concern is the scoreline in the last 2 games u played)
My opinion is that during the last 2 games you were pitted against comparatively good Offenses and hence you let em get the yards/points.
