team chemistry question

I was reading the FAQ relating to team chemistry.
1. What is team chemistry?
Team chemistry is the indicator how well the player is “gelled” with his team. Anything lower than 5 stars (meaning team chemistry 20), and the players performance is impaired. With team chemistry 1 (a newly bought or pulled player has a team chemistry of 1) a player plays about 30% worse. Each game the player plays ads 1 to the team chemistry. Players that are experienced can get 2 team chemistry points each game they play. Each point of team chemistry reduces the negative performance by 1.5%.

It says "Each game the player plays ads 1 to the team chemistry." well that isn't happening. Is any one else noticing this?

it also depends on the player's experiance. if it's higher, he gains team chemistry faster.

If you calculate right, you have 20 chemistry points and just 5 stars so every full star means 4 chemistry points. Does that anwser your question?

No that's not right. The FAQ says when you buy/pull a new player he has a TC of 1 which = 1/2 a star.

0 TC = 0 Stars
1-3 TC = 1/2 Star
4 TC = 1 Star
5-7 TC = 1 1/2 Star
8 TC = 2 Star

the 1/2 star for team chemistry basically means more than nothing, but less than a full one.. ie partially filled... would be hard to show accurately the small changes needed in the icon, so just use the half filled star ...
