I have a player with the following profile:

Positioning 5 Tackling 12 Punting 4
Vision 3 Blocking 5 Speed 15
Intelligence 14 Passing 1 Strength 11
Footwork 4 Catching 3 Agility 8
Carrying 4 Kicking 1 Stamina 5

He is rated as a 3.5 star kick returner and only as a 1 star linebacker. With his qualities you'd say he'd be a good linebacker. Can anybody tell me why he only has one star as a linebacker? I'd like to use him as one.

His positional rating just says how well he knows how to play in that position. If you play him as a LB he will grow his positional rating. When his positional rating of LB is higher than his KR rating, he will be a LB.
