1>Are the Caps on Strength, Speed, Stamina the same/ different?
As in if speed caps at 15 , is it rght to conclude the stamina and str will cap at 15?

2>The GI Management Studio tool seems to show a player having capped on positional rating(Alert color on one of my players' Positional rating column) ....Is there a cap on pos rating based on talent as well or am i just misinterpreting the result shown by the tool?

No they are individual caps and there is no cap on stamina.

Yes there is a cap and it is some like this:

0.5-1.0 = 3.0
1.5-2.0 = 3.5
2.5-3.0 = 4.0
3.5-4.0 = 4.5
4.5-5.0 = 5.0
