Being new to the game, I read and re-read the help/FAQs and Community forums, but there are a few things I haven't found informaiton on.

Where can I find what each skill (positioning/vision, etc.) stands for? Some are easy, but there are a couple I'm not sure of.

Does buying a player from another country, especially one that doesn't speak the same language effect anything, like teamwork or team chemistry MORE than just a new player from the same country?

How much of a reduction is there in a player's ability if he is playing in his adequate or if needed positions? I would assume a receiver with a 6 in catching playing in his natural role as a receiver would be better than a Safety with a 6 in catching playing in his adequate position or if needed position. But could a 7 catching in an adaquate (or if needed) role be better than a 6 in primary role?

Any help here would be appreciated. I also apologize if these questions have already been addresses and I just overlooked them.
