and the dreaded random number generator. We don't know if it is 1 or 2 points but even something as small as 1 point is a 5% variation.

Why is there a random number generator on attributes if consistency makes it random already?

"It would be boring without spice" the Admin said...I agree!

Consistency does level it up or down, but not make it random.

A 5 Speed WR can have a chance to run over a 15 speed cornerback, not often, but it happens. This is the spice for.

And yes, I think I know your answer

Yeah you know my answer.

A 5 speed WR will NEVER outrun a 15 speed CB. Even on his best day and on the CBs worst. It's like a junior higher outruning an NFL player. Just wont happen.

Even a NFL guy can have a very bad day...This is too much "black and white" IMO

I wouldn't say black and white, I'd say realistic.

Seriously, your argument is that a junior high player could outrun an NFL player if the NFL player is having a really bad day? That holds absolutely no weight whatsoever.

I can't find any reasoning that a 5 should ever beat a 15.

The 15 could misuse his feet and struggle...as one example

And he could fall down a hole dug by a mole on the pitch

You all know that could happen
