Maybe sounds weird but can a player reach 0%?
By that I mean can a player die.. lol

I think the lowest it can go is 25%, which basically means the player is sat on the sideline stuffing his face with burgers watching the game

Yeah I'm not sure how low it can go. All I know is it would take a while to even get it down to 25%, and at that point you may as well fire him. Because he's never going to get it back up to an acceptable playing percentage, and at 25% he'd be playing at a level worse than a bot team would.
