How many talent starts are possible for each player? How much talent is each star worth?

the maximum talent is 5 stars.
if you have half a star, the players cap in all non physical skills is 11
if he his talent is 1 star, then it's 12, and so on until you are at 6 stars which is cap 20.
talent also caps a players positional rating:
.5 to 1 talent = 3 max positional rating
1.5 to 2 = 3.5
2.5 to 3 = 4
3.5 to 4 = 4.5
4.5 to 5 = 5

yeah that's what i meant. stupid 6, why does it have to be right next to the 5?
