Is it true that if I put 1 player on 2 positions lets say on defence and on special teams he doesnt play to the fullest?

Well, that's the information we've heard but there is no guarantee it isn't simply because of stamina reasons.

I have a doubt too. I always plays same CBs in defense and in special team, and didn't have problems...

if you do so the play gains only experience and rating for one of the two positions. That is the real problem. You are wasting experience and rating points!

The question each of you has to answer by yourself: is it worth it? Wages compared to experience/rating

My iron-men still get their experience. There is no problem there. The problem is keeping the two ratings top notch. Unless a position is played at alone, the rating tends to decline. However, using friendlies to pump these ratings back up seems to work fine.

Oh and ST CBs aren't actually a new position so they don't hurt you if you play a normal CB there as well as ST CB. They are still treated the same in positional rating.

I doubt a little bit, because my STCB have always other ratings than the same players as CB...but could be this depends on the needed blocking for STCB...

It is quite confusing that these are positions with the same rating and different skill needs!
