Misc (income)
- Stuff like winnings.

Misc (expense)
- Stuff like the price of scout reports.

Construction (income)
- Nobody have any idea! Perhaps some day we will be able to tear stuff down

isnt it possible to sell stuff like the fanshop or the other buildings?

It's not currently possible. But many think it'd be a very good thing to put in place sometime in the future to save a team from going bankrupt.
