Player's natural playing position

i would like to know how player natural position can be changed or what exactly does it mean. Does it really mean that this is his best positions?

If that, then I think that the formula for this is not good. Or at least i think is not good.

For example this player:

Positioning7Tackling5Punting7
Vision3Blockin4Speed13
Intelligence4Passing3Strength13
Footwork1Catching1Agility7
Carrying1Kicking7Stamina1

his best positions is QB... and it's easy to see that his best position is Defensive lineman.

Proposed concept is very good. First few days I thought the same, but I figured out that it is real challenge to "teach" a player how to play on specific position.

So, players got let's say experience for every positions and every game you play you can add experience to a position or other.

And Player natural position is the highest procent. Do you know how many games do I need to play a player on a certain position?
