i'm not exactly a rookie anymore but sometimes i'm totally confused about player ratings.i mean i sure know that there's more beyond it than just simple skills but can someone please explain to me why this guy (Nemanja Marčetić (ID 133595)) has got such an incredible rating?!?!let's just use him as an example.i got players with way better skills and they're rated much lower!!please, serious question:WHY?

rating is a mix of stats, experience and skills IMO...if you play a guy often enough as WR with catching 1, he will increase his rating!

I think BPOS rating is based solely on number of times played at that position.

I think game ratings are largely bases on the positional rating of that player at that position modified by stamina, experience and skills. I'm not sure there is a perfect correlation between game rating and on-the-field contribution. At least, IMHO.

I think the slogan from hattrick my be applicable here to...stars are evil.

to tell you the truth rating doesn't really mean much.

In my opinion, skills don't influence the star rating at all.
The only important things are experience, team chemistry, and how often the player played on that position. Talent is used to determine where the rating is capped.
That should be it.
No matter if your player has 20 in his top skill or only 5, he will have the same star rating.
