My OL train all defense skills. But it is up to you and your players' skills. Train them what they miss most or what you think is important to develop. There is no universal answers. Same stands for tactics, but I would propose some of the most common. Exotic tactics will probably not work as you wish, because all players are (as admin stated) at a level of amateur and game engine is not (yet) fully developed.
