Does nationality of a player matter with regards to gaining team chemistry? Should it? Would having a roster consisting of one player from each nation in the game matter with regards to team chemistry?

Do you think it should? From the experience of my favorite Football Club (most of the guys are non professional germans, and some are "soldiers" from countries like USA, UK...) there is a quite good integration - some of that "soldiers" driving home in October (offseason) and sign for another season next year, others not. It depends on the guy, so it is covered by teamwork / team chemistry already

I think it should be in suggestions. New players from other country have to play twice as many games to gain full chemistry. It should be a really good idea. Language, cultural diffrences and staff like this

-1 to making it harder for foreign players to gain chemistry. A) it's allready hard enough. B) this would give an advantage to those countries with more players.

I haven't really made up my opinion on the matter, but it might be worth a discussion if nothing else. I mean; I've seen teams where the performance of a player is severly hindered by cultural aspects, but I've also seen teams where it doesn't seem to matter. I assume nationality vs. team chemistry would be the natural combination to pick it up on if such a thing was to matter in Grid-Iron.

In a way I think it would be neat, but it is not something I personally would put forward in suggestions at this point.

Yeah, I agree to this unless one clumps nations together, which would be natural if this was to be used at all. Still, some regions (Asia, Africa as of right now) would be at a disadvantage if this was something that was more than a random once-in-a-while-thing.
