Did a bit of data gathering and then calculated a bit, since I wanted to know how the smurf distribution is right now, along with a few of my thoughts..

Top Division (6 humans and 4 smurfs | 60% / 40%)
- A bit high, but hopefully that will improve by next season with 3 more human teams promoting into the division.

Division 2. (12 humans and 18 smurfs | 40% / 60%)
- Way to big a percentage of smurfs, sadly.

Division 3. (40 humans and 50 smurfs | 44% / 56%)
- Still a bigger cut of smurfs than humans, not good.

Division 4. (142 humans and 128 smurfs | 53% / 47%)
- Really nice to see a division with more than half teams under human control. So stay in the game and division 4 will be even more competitive next season!

Division 5. (379 humans and 431 smurfs | 47% / 53%)
- The opposite share distribution of Division 4, but the good thing is that there are more human teams than all of the above divisions smurfs together, so there is a justification for Division 5.

Div.III.6 just shows how important it is to get the "even distribution" of new managers into effect, since it would make the different Division.V leagues more similar and thereby even the amount of human managers that promote up through the ranks of the division more even as well. I know this takes time, but it is for the better of the game in the long run.

The most important fact is that there is more than 50% smurf teams in A&S divisions combined and how can that number be brought down.
