I can't seem to find any in the transfers area. I probably can't afford one anyways, but I was wondering if they existed or were incredibly rare

they are rare because:

If you pull a youth player he is between 16 and 19. You have three options:

1. You fire him
2. you sell him. But then his age is between 16 and 19
3. You keep him because he is good. But now you usually do not sell him because he should play in your team

I think that we're talking about skill's not age. There aren't any players with main skill na the level of 20- - exept strenth, intelignece and probable speed. - maybe next sezon - but everyone is working on it

I also doubt people are willing right now to pay the salary that follows with a 20 skill player (excluding fitness skills).

the only 20 that makes a difference for skill is tackling (not counting consistency, TW, or intel cuz you cant train those)
everything else is just luck of the roll
