Why are some of the numbers black, blue or brown?

If you're referring to players skills, then their color coded based on how high or low they are.

Black
1-5
Blue
6-10
Yellow
11-15
Green
16-20

I'm not certain of that, perhaps someone could confirm that. As for brown, I really have no idea.

Probably something to do with the setup of the monitor along with a yellow colour that might be right on the border to go either way, if needed to be substituted by another colour.
