How quickly does yur player earn ratings stars? What effects how quickly they get um and what matches count towards it. My 4 star talent RB is still only 1 1/2 star rated, yet hes played quite a few games now?

I think the rating stars increase when your player has good skills for the position he plays, experience stars and chemistry stars.

If your RB is called Edward McIntyre, then at the moment he only has 3 stars for chemistry and 1 for experience. I would think that in about five weeks he should be 5 stars for chemistry and then he would be at least 2 stars for rating.

I think he means Christian Santana.

TeamChemistry is the first factor. 2.5 stars on TC reduces the rating by 15%.
Then he has only Consistency 1. With bad luck he looses 20% on that day.
Then he has Energy only 89% which means he looses 11%.

Add this together and it's easy to come from 4 stars to just 2 stars.

I meant McIntyre, him and the guy Durwood are currently my future stars, Santana is my stop gap while they get match practice and train up
