It's best to have most of your players with a team chemistry rating of 4 or 5 stars.
So if like my QB as a rating of 1.5 stars,if i play him in every match then how long am i looking at him getting up to 4 or 5 stars of team chemistry.

it wont take long maybe 5 games at most because i just bought a few guys and they got max chemistry right now

Does this take longer if you play players in different positions trying to change BPOS

i really dont know because i havent payed much attention to chemistry i just noticed it does rise pretty quickly

Team chemistry goes up half a star each gmae.
