I know WR need to be able to catch and so they have to high catching skill as well as carrying, but what explains Dropped passes.
Could it be Agility or is it QB play.

could be a combination of both.. if your qb isn't that good.
but agility is one of the most important skills for a WR, if not THE most important(alongside catching).
Just train that for a while

That is what we don't know because the details in game play dont tell at the moment.

There are only 3 things available: incomplete without receiver name, incomplete with receiver name and complete

incomplete without receiver name: normally it is the pressure the dline made to qb or he made a bad pass

incomplete with receiver name:
probably a bad catch by the wr/te or a good defense play

My QB at the moment stats are as follows

Positioning 7 Tackling 6 Punting 6
Vision 7 Blocking 5 Speed 7
Intelligence 17 Passing 7 Strength 9
Footwork 5 Catching 4 Agility 3
Carrying 3 Kicking 3 Stamina 5

OTHER
Teamwork 20 Consistency 16

They don't seem to bad,so if it isn't the QB then it most likely my WR's that need a lot more training even though they are 3* and 3.5* rated.

Your QB has just 1.5 stars for chemistry so maybe that is the problem right now. Perhaps once he is 5 stars he will gel better with your receivers.

True so it's just a case of keep playing him in all games friendlies included and the team chemistry should go up.

its not you, passing just sucks in this game

yep QB throws eight straight incompletes then tosses a ninety eight yard TD.
