I was thinking I read at first Talent improves like experience and chemistry. However I was reading another thread and it was sounding like it was fixed such as INT TMWRK and CONS. What is it?

Remember that a 0.5 star player have a soft skill cap at 11 and a potential hard cap at 15, and can get 3 stars in BPOS. So the most "untalented" players are still decent players, just not super stars.
