Since round about 2-3 weeks my offense really sucks. I tried out severall different Formations but none of them seem to work. I would rate my offense not so bad, need maybe 1 or 2 guys at the O-Line and maybe a better qb. But I am proud of my RBs, WRs und TEs. My Defense sorks well, too. What can I do better?

well as you said before.. you should work on your O-line. Cuz not only does it protect the QB, but it's also essential for the running game, by setting blocks, creating wholes, etc...

I have/had the same problem and used the second half of season 2 (and is still working on it) to improve my O-line. Did it through my roster by finding the best available players along with buying a few new players from the transfer market. Now it is just a matter of time before they will perform well to really well, since some of them still need to change their natural position to O-line. The individual players bpos rating is also very important in the performance aspect, along with the correct skills.

I can see that you have been in the game about the same time as me, so we are close to the same situation. I have seen a performance increase as my players are finding their positions, their skills and rating are improving.

So my best advice is to continue working on improving the players and remember this is a long-term game and not a short-term manager game. At least that is how I manage my team.

Yep, Jinto's right! No offensive line equals no offense. My offense was plain offensive even against bots until i made some upgrades on my line. Now my team plays better.

If your O-Line is average or better your offense will suck? Some people must have terrible O-Lines...

I have worked to get my offensive line at 4-5 talent at each spot, trained them well for good builds. None of that is meaningful without giving them time to build team chemistry. Without team chemistry they won't perform as well. Give it time to gel. It also takes a certain degree of luck as well. For example, my team when I first got it had a 5 talent DE, but he had the right skill set to be a rb too. I went ahead and made the switch and he is finally a RB for BPOS. The luck part is he just got to 17 for speed and is still not capped. I couldn't be luckier with the caps. Time, and little luck goes a long way. Just be patient. Of course you can be unlucky and have your star qb injured for 24 days while training on average! Arg.
