Well, when i first started playing, there used to be a preview and show you the stadium i was building. Now though, i cant see it anymore. It says preview is not available. Is that normal???

yes.. only supporters can see their stadium.
as a fresh newbie, you get a three days trial supporter, that's why you could see it before.

My guess is you were allowed to see it during the free supporter account period for new players but now it has expired and the only way to see it again is to become a supporter!
