I have an injured player who will be out for 23 days. That is more then 3 weeks.

Can an injured player still be trained? Does he still get his training points every week?

I just lost a guy for 27 days, so I feel your pain. But no, injured players do not train, and so don't get any training points.

Well depending on the Medical Staff you have your player could only be out for 1 game

I got my RT out for 12 days which i only figure he will miss 1 maybe 2 games and be ready for the cup game

The higher your Medical Staff the quicker your guys can heal and less chance of them getting injured

Fitness centers also help quite a bit as well.

Unfortunately I just started out a week ago so no facilities or extra staff for me right now.
Guess my youth pick of this week has a lucky day. He can start right away :-)

Bah i see the fitness as a waste of my cash but im sure im just the only person that dont got any plans to get the addons

Fitness center is great. It's my first building. But I think hiring doctors is waste of money, especially at your level.
