I have set my training to normal etc and had 1 20+ day injury. I was wondering if anyone has experimented with increasing/decreasing the intensity and has some injury stats that would help decide whether increasing the intensity for a few weeks and then reducing it to up the energy levels is at least a probabilistically good.

It is widely recommended in this Forum not to set the intensity
to a higher level. especially if your new in this game.
Not only you loose lots of energy (because of missing stamina)
you risk more injuries too.
Wait for one or two seasons then buy the Fitness/Training Staff/Hall

so far, i only trained my guys with intensity "average" four times.. 2 of which one of my players got injured. during all the other pratices i used "low" intensity, and it worked just fine.
