Youth academy will be improved during this season. Owner will get little better players than now (higher percentage for getting better ones and a skill higher) and the scouts will tell some details about some skills.

whilst "fixing" it make sure there is some compensation for those that already have a youth acadamy AND upgrade .... maybe make them a little more expensive with the changes ?

YA is a little problem among facilities but it will be fixed with above mentioned improvement.

As per usual we're still open to add/change our plan so please empty your barrels with some good suggestions.

because those that have paid for the academy and upgrades have gotten jacksh*t from it at current pricing so with improvements should come an increase in pricing to reflect that increase in benefit

Yeah..but it's not like you didn't know what you were getting, unless maybe you were like one of the first three or four to get it.
