I seem to remember reading somewhere that the construction time for stadiums has doubled. Does that mean that it takes 30 days now or have I got this totally wrong ?

You got it wrong

Construction time is still 15 days

But due to the lower income on the normal seats, time to get your investment back (return on investment) "nearly doubled".

Last Season: Construction cost 250 - income 30 = 8,93 home games to get your investment back

This Season: Last Season: Construction cost 250 - income 20 = 13,89 home games to get your investment back

So it isn´t nearly doubled though, but its significant

That is totally wrong!

Construction time for seats was not changed. Based on changed ticket pricing you need for time for ROI, could be you misunderstood?
