My players never get less tired, what am I doing wrong?

what d'you mean what are you doing wrong? you say that like it's a bad thing...
if their engery stays high, that means you train with low intensity
or do you mean by "get less tired" that their rating before and after the game is pretty much the same? cuz in that case, that's even better

yes it certainly does. that's why you should train with an intensity of "average" if you don't want them to lose energy. if you want them to regain energy, that you'd have to put it on low, or very low.(the lower, the faster they'll get their energy back)

Put your training at low or very low for a while. And remember the training update is on friday. So there is no diffrence what intensity of training you would have saturday, tuesday, monday etc. The only thing that matters is what you have on friday

I have a friend who didn't know that and was pissed off, that he has very low for 5 days and players energy was still down
