Ok so im trying to convert two players from positions to other ones. My gunner wants to be a fullback and has real good fb stats, ''He if needed can play there'' at the minute.. how long will it take for that to be his natural role.

My qb is also transferring to rb in preparation for retirees.


Any info appreciated.

It is all about how many stars they have at their current best position versus the one that you want to become their best position. Generally (as long as they have 2 stars or less), it seems like guys will change the BPOS in less than a season. Sometimes in just a few games... If they have more stars and are a little bit older (26 or older, IMO) it probably isn't worth trying to change it.

Good! i have a cb with half star rating being converted, hes 16! should be easy right?

and qb is 1 and half start at 20 changing? little harder but should go right?

should be good, probably take a few starts to get them to change but should not take too long. i still have 14 players on the change

Some will take a long time but some shoulcd be done in a few games.
