I've had a few good youth players who are now either starting or provide quality depth for me. Really that's what it's there for. It's not meant to get you immediate starters. It's meant to help you build for the future and give you players that, if trained correctly, could start in 3 or 4 years.

Yea a few of my guys starting this year are youth guys i have gotten over the seasons and trained i have had to put a lot of them in tis season even though i only had 2 retirements i had to move 2 guys into there spots which let other spots open
