It is rare, but not impossible. Check the training updates of all of your players - They will probably be almost increasing if this is the case.

Nope. Injuries are random.

Training would of taken place, it is just that skills may not have increased. Like I said, check the Training Details of each of your players. They are probably close to increasing.

You will not get a report if no players have increased in a skill. You will also not get a report if a player gets injured.

It happens ... when it happened to me I had much the same reaction. At least you had (like it's a good thing ) an injured player to let you know something occurred.
