I have two available young players and i can pick only one ...sounds good but...
We shouldn`t have the possibility to see their sckills before to do the pick-up or a scout reports about them or samething else who will help us to chose the right guy ???

And with a `Youth Academy` will be much worse....you will have 5 players available so it will be like playing 6/49 not being a american football team manager....

I think the scout should give you brief descriptions of the youth players.

I would prefer is there was a way you could have a youth academy where you got to train the youth players coming up.

Yeah, something should be done. Until you have no parameters to decide it is almost the same if you are offered with one or five players. For now you can only make choice between age and a position which is not enough.

i think there is no reason for complaining here. in all managers that i played i didn't have any chance of choosing between 2 players. It was just a button: extract youth player or something like this.

maybe we should propose something new and more interesting but i disagree with you when youre saying you need more than this.

But why have a choice in players, if we can't see what the benefits to choosing a specific one are. Just knowing the player position and age isn't enough.

Right now it's just a big raffle.

Exactly. With current system it would be almost the same if we receive only one player and no possibility to make a choice.
