I upgraded my stadium by building 200 basic seats on the side opposite to the existing stands. These 200 new stands were finished today, and since I have enough cash I decided to build another 300 seats on the same stand.

However, this whole stand seems to be shut down, and I can not use at all those 200 new seats that I just built. Capacity of my stadium is still 500, as if I have not built those additional 200 seats.

Is this a bug, or is it supposed to work that way? If it is not a bug, does it mean that whenever you want to build some more seats on a certain stand, the entire stand will be shut down?
