Are there maintenance costs for Training Halls/Fitness Centers? I swear I saw it somewhere before, but couldn't find it in the FAQ or Guru' Guide.

By the way: Expansion costs and levels too please - or confirm

Fitness Center: Basic + 2 expansion Level

Training Hall: Basis + 5 expansion Level

Still missing: expansion costs...

From READ ME post above...


Club Shop

350,000 initial cost 50,000 upgrade 4 upgrades

Fitness Center

200,000 initial cost 75,000 upgrade 2 upgrades

Training Hall

975,000 initial cost 400,000 upgrade(according to squish)

Youth Academy

620,000 initial cost unknown upgrade cost



From me

Running costs for Training Hall are $10,000 base and then $4250 per expansion ($27,000 total)

Running costs for Fitness Centre are $2,800 total (sorry can't remember the base value and expansion breakdown)

Thanks - i think this is some more for pstimpels cooking recipes!

Maintanance for Fitness Center base is 1.200 per week - seems to be additional 800 per week for each additional level

I am collecting data at the moment:

What I need is:

Youth academy: maintenance for the YA itself and per upgrade
Youth academy: construction costs per upgrade
Training hall: maintenance per upgrade

Can anyone help with that?

woah! 5 upgrades for training hall at 400k a pop! Man that will ruin me (started constructing it a couple of days ago)

there are only 4 upgrades, "only" 1.6 million needed.

Hehe, oh well it was about time I started investing in coaching and the weekly payment isn't nearly as bad as full coaches
