Can't cut them can't sell them. realistically . You wait and see how long it takes to get his energy up. Let's see you've been doing this for a week the stud's been doing it for nine months. Who should I believe ?

A little bit of a 'big headed' reply. Ive seen that regaining energy happens extremely slowly. I believe this is unrealistic!

Some people are missing the point of the different types of training. This game would not be fun if in a couple of weeks you could train a guy to have all 20's and score over 100 points a game. Okay that would be kinda cool but no. People are punished by lowered energy levels for only training on high intensity. You are supposed to be a manager of the game. It is not supposed to be easy. You have to find, evaluate, and hire talented players. You have to train them to become great. How would it be fair for someone who trains high intensity week after week, gain high values for all attributes, come train on very low for a week or two and be super good. Not fair at all. It is not about realism. It is about fairness and fun value of the game. Training is fine the way it is. You have to work at having a good team. It will not be handed to anyone and i like that about this game. Keep up the good work admin!

It's a phrasing thing. Energy is like a nagging injury where the player is "hurt" but not injured. Players play with torn Biceps and quads, but are not at 100% if the player continues to play they will only recover at a very slow rate. Also, it's not realistic because the guy that you are talking about is a collection of 1s and 0s and this is a game

When can managers get a rest week!

Now I wonder is it possible down the road about hiring and firing coachs like we do with players? HC, OC, DC? A lot to ask for but just hiring a collective staff is good, however, finding a coaching staff that you want to run your team with pro's and con's to each coach would be WOW...

I'm sure Admin has 1000 other ideas but I'm just rambling now.

+1

This is a very cool idea that I hadn't thought about. I guess we would need to have more tactics available to us before we get the ability to hire/fire coaches with different strengths/weaknesses.
