I think there is a typo in the "Construction/Facilities FAQ"

From the awnser on question 5:

- Earnings increase for 5% to 10%, if your team won the last league match
- Earnings decrease for 5% to 10%, if your team won the last league match

Bolded won should be lost I geuss.

Btw, FAQ is quite good I think. I helps a lot in understanding the basics of this game
