Ok so i have a player who on his training stats has nothing at all on the bar. so that says he cannot increase? it is at 2 :s an he's suppose to be a TE, so how come i cannot increase it, i mean its at 2!

Lol. He can still increase. When you can't see any shading(coloring in) of the bar, it simply means that he has 0 points towards the next skill level. It helps bunches if you download the greasemonkey script that you should find stickied slightly above this topic.
